Our worst nightmares have come true
He does have to wear one of those cones!
Well, Hairy is back from the vet. They put a drain in his head and he is on antibiotics for 5 days until we go back to see the doc again. I have to keep cleaning the drain (which doesn't impress Hairy too much) with a warm wash cloth. I gave him a little food from my hand so he doesn't eat to much or too quickly to get an upset tummy. He is now resting comfortably in the kitchen.

Awww... poor little guy!
Leo, our lab, had to wear one of those a few weeks ago (retreiver rash on his cheak) and he hated it. He was good about it, but you could see he really hated that thing.
I hope Hairy's recovery goes well and fast!
